Please ensure the items when you place the order. Returning the goods is not acceptable unless the product itself with the defect or the quality problem. For shipping mistakes, such as wrong item, please contact us. We definitely will do our best to correct the problem.

Contact us by phone or e-mail within 7 days after the arrival of the goods and return the wrong items back to us by COD (cash on delivery).

Because of health regulations, underwear that has been worn or laundered may not be returned.
All items must be returned in original packages with all tags attached and intact. Items must be unworn, unopened, and unlaundered.
